Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before purchasing or using the Klavo components and services (the "Service") operated by Klavo ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. Licenses
When you purchase a license for a Klavo component, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the component in accordance with the terms of the specific license you have purchased.
Standard Licenses (Pro, Lite): These licenses grant you the right to use the component on a single end-product (a single website).
Plus Licenses (Pro+, Lite+): These licenses grant you the right to use the component on an unlimited number of end-products.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key or the component's source code.
2. Accounts and Activation
When you purchase a license, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your license.
You are responsible for safeguarding the license key that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your license.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
One-Time Purchases (Klavo Lite, Klavo Lite+): Are billed as a single, upfront payment.
Subscriptions (Klavo Pro, Klavo Pro+): Are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless it is canceled. You may cancel your subscription through your Lemon Squeezy account.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or collect your payment card details.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. We recommend that you review the product features and documentation carefully before making a purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Klavo. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Klavo.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Klavo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
